Events, The Voice of the Industry

CCI held at the Hotel Tryp Valencia Oceanic, Carrer del Pintor Maella, 35, Valencia, a meeting aimed at the Valencian and Murcian industry, presenting for the first time the preliminary results of the study on the state of cybersecurity in the industry of the Valencian Community and Murcia.

This meeting has served to share experiences of different industry sectors in Valencia and Murcia by cybersecurity managers of industrial organizations. During the meeting, a representative of ITI, Technological Center of research, development and IT innovation in Valencia has presented the Valencian digital agenda 4.0 and some cybersecurity initiatives that are currently being promoted.

All the industrial sectors are in the beginning of the digital transformation, and have been able to know how to approach cybersecurity in this scenario in the hand of SOTHIS, as well as the asset survey, Forescout / Security Matters, how to integrate cybersecurity in the chain of supply thanks to the presentation of Accenture and examples of attacks on critical infrastructures by the hand of Nunsys and Nozomi Networks.
The meeting ended with a debate panel, where cybersecurity managers in the industry have shared valuable experiences and challenges to implement the protection of industrial infrastructures.
