He currently works as Director of Cybersecurity at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) after completing his role as Head of Cyber ​​Security Advisory (Competent Authority) at the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem), the UK energy regulator. His role focuses on the critical infrastructure market with a focus on Energy and implementation of the NISR (Network and Information Security Regulation) cybersecurity regulation, promoting and supporting companies to implement their cybersecurity programs in the sector.

He has more than 25 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity working as a consultant, architect, auditor, global leader of IoT/Operational Technology, as an information security manager and pentester in international companies such as KPMG, DXC Technology (HPEnterprise) and IBM. Luciano has extensive experience in the protection of critical infrastructures and extensive experience in various sectors such as Energy, Manufacturing, Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Banking and Finance among others.
