Arturo Trujillo holds a Master's degree in engineering and PhDs from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (termal engineering), and the Johns Hopkins University (environmental engineering).

Dr. Trujillo has thirty years of experience in several engineering companies. While there he took part in projects in different sectors: chemistry, energy, pharma and food&beverages. He has also collaborated with several process and industrial safety consulting firms. During this period, he has taken part of faciltated a large number of safety studied and audits.

Since 2012 he is Managing director in Spain of Dekra Insight, the process and organizational safety Business line of Dekra.
