Computer Engineer from the University of Murcia, since 1999 he develops his professional career focused on the disciplines related to the government of security information and risk management. Thanks to his long career, he has had the opportunity to model and analyze risks in all types of organizations and sectors (Logistics, Food Manufacturing and Distribution, Financial Sector, Port Authorities, Public Administration, Electricity Sector) focusing, in the last years, towards the industrial sector and critical infrastructure.
He holds the CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification from ISACA, the Cobit 5 Foundation from APMG and the ITIL Foundation from EXIN and the PRINCE2 project management from AXELOS.
He currently provides services such as Cybersecurity, Privacy, and IT Risk Leader in Govertis where he develops projects related to the implementation of ISO 27.001, Business Continuity or Privacy, as well as consulting from Security Managers (Virtual CISO) with regard to the areas of Government, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
He is a professor in the Degree in Computer Science and Criminology at the University of San Antonio (UCAM) in the field of auditing, expertise and cybercrime, professor in the master of data protection at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR) in the subject of ICT security and board member in the professional association APEP (Spanish Professional Association of Privacy).
